multipleOf and Data.Text import fix #95

This PR aims to fix multiple problems:

The generator should not fail on floating point values in the multipleOf field: https://github.com/Haskell-OpenAPI-Code-Generator/Haskell-OpenAPI-Client-Code-Generator/issues/94
Do not import Data.Text.Internal directly as it seems to limit backwards compatibility: https://github.com/Haskell-OpenAPI-Code-Generator/Stripe-Haskell-Library/issues/14#issuecomment-1883601831
