Tweening in Firmware

WIP, i'm coding a function to tween the it handle movement. See tweening-test.

• we need to have speed for tweening in serial protocol. (sth like setSpeed)
• all move.js example should run on moveHandleTo (this bypasses tweening).
  • for bkwd compatibility, movePantoTo should bypass tweening.
• all Unity movePantoTo function should bypass tweening.
