[BIS2021] Integraete with the latest dualpantoframework

• [x] Jotaro WIP check if gareth PCB works with pin number modification, then test basic/logpos.js etc.
  • [x] Merge spiEncoderChain with gareth's version (this has to be separate branch as this collides with doerte !)
• [ ] check if gareth PCB works for Unity demo (doom?)
