Create date display options #12

Let the users choose between few ways to display the dates at the product page, like dropdown, radio, list or table.

This is crucial, imho! User experience is not so good with dropdown. Would be no problem, if compatible with other plugins, which offer dropdown to radio or to table, but it isn't. Up to that fact a real dream of a plugin!
