Coat of arms for the slovenian flag #58

The Slovenian flag currently has a stylised but incorrect coat of arms. If Spanish flag can be drawn in detail, so should Slovenian. You can find the official instructions for the Republic of Slovenia symbols here. Added is an example of quick fix:

si_round_edited

... + the same in official colours.
