Hmmm, I see PR #17 uses the #menu buttons. Since I was unaffected by this issue, I had to make the changes without devtools and arbitrarily decided to use the #actions buttons. I was unaware one set of buttons was "invisible" and unavailable for some users. I'll push a change using the other buttons since those seem to be available for everyone.

It's annoying that YouTube isn't using ids for the like/dislike buttons for some users. Some tags even have duplicated ids, I always understood that those were meant to be unique.

Implemented into 9ea38ad
