I was thinking about this a bit and feel like it can't hurt:
Pick lock has a message when a door is unable to be picked. This is obviously just an ifcheck to see if it can be or not, which is quite simple. Could doorbash and cutdoor have a similar message? I feel like it is a bit unfair if neither BHers or Forcers cannot tell and continually damage their equipment (if that happens to Forcers too).
I was thinking that while it does show the message, when the input is given, it will still do the action, but then show the message that it can't be broken directly after. That way if someone still wants to spam it, then they can to their own detriment.
