chore: remove proteina's URLs from CORS rules #301

Acceptance Criteria

Remove the regex option rule: https?:\/\/([a-z0-9\-]*\.?){0,5}hathor56\.wpcomstaging\.com from CORS; this rule would allow the following domains:
- https://staging-94c0-hathor56.wpcomstaging.com
- https://hathor56.wpcomstaging.com

Security Checklist
