Issues found on Default QA for v0.27.0-rc.2 on Android

• By locking the wallet when the bio-lock is enabled, two weird behaviors happens:
  1. A flash pin screen when it is not needed
  2. The bio-lock sometimes is not applied, maybe because Android has a cache for bio-locks that works in a time-range
• By sending a token to itself while the bio-lock activate makes the pin screen flash before the transaction be accepted to be sent. This situation causes a quick confusion.
• When unlocking the wallet with bio-lock or sending a transaction with bio-lock a pin screen flashes, and sometimes it took a second to disappear, which is very confusing
