chore: support new mainnet-staging environment #407

Acceptance Criteria

Remove old uneeded variables from all environments: ADMINTOKEN
Add new env vars and new logic to support the mainnet-staging environment on the buildspec file. We want it to be deployed for release-candidate tags like v1.2.3-rc.1

[ ] Make sure you do not include new dependencies in the project unless strictly necessary and do not include dev-dependencies as production ones. More dependencies increase the possibility of one of them being hijacked and affecting us.
