Store a API Request when:

The Request was successful

Load API Request when:

The Requestfile is not older than 1 Week

Discussed with @jonastogo to move the file saving into the GUI package. Therefore I added a getter inside the Parser and removed the code for saving the data in the OSMApi Class. This can now be closed
