Pick a generic factory to use for deployment #35

My current best thinking is to use the Zodiac module factory for maximum potential compatibility with the fullness of the Zodiac stack and ecosystem.

assumption: we can rely on the Zodiac module factory to be deployed wherever we want to deploy HSG
