When configuring many Auth Methods, e.g. when incorporating multiple enterprise Identity Providers, it should be possible to remove the dispaly of specific auth method's Authorize/Token URLs.
This should be a property protected on the auth method configuration. If protected is set to true, the auth method is not displayed, but a generic "Other Auth Methods".
