Support "forgot password" URL for external auth method #185

If an external authentication source is used, i.e. an auth method of type external is used, there is currently no "Forgot password?" link displayed.

Wicked cannot provide the functionality, but nonetheless, there may be a web site somewhere which has this type of functionality.

The external auth method should support displaying such a link.
