Some applications' redirect URIs aren't correctly retrieved after update to rc2 #186

For some applications using redirect URIs, these are not retrieved correctly when calling the authorize endpoint. This ends with an auth server error screen, stating

"Cannot read property 'length' of undefined."

Workaround: Go into the portal, open the application's page and hit "Update" once.
