Drop Id's for Accounts & Circles #54

Since a Circle Name and an Account Name both must be unique, there, and as the Id's only serve a purpose for external communication, they can be dropped, and the names can replace them. This will require a fairly large API correction.

The current Id's cannot be altered, whereas the names of both Members & Circles can. If the same CWS instance is used by multiple systems - it will prevent a local caching of information of they can change. For this reason, the bug/enhancement is closed as won't fix.
