Upgrade JaCoCo report #66

SonarQube will with their SonarJava plugin 6.x no longer support the old binary exec format, instead they need an XML based report. Task is simply to upgrade the JaCoCo reports.

Latest commit fixed the JaCoCo report generation, so it now shows in SonarCloud. There's still an issue with the coverage as the percentage dropped a few percent a bit, but that is resolvable.
