Migrate from JUL to SLF4J #74

The standard Java Util Logging framework is not very modern or good to work with, many weird things have to be made to use it, rather the "de-facto" logging framework SLF4J should be used.

Migration completed, unfortunately, Payara support is suffering - but it will be dealt with in the next release.
