Bug: Sponsor still enabled when shares are delegated on proposal list #1982

I was unable to reproduce a delegation bug, but noticed that on the proposal list view (works in detailed view) the sponsor is still enabled and tries to create a transaction that will fail.

And the address those shares are delegated to cannot sponsor from the list view (button disabled).
