Create Transaction Pending Pattern and Components

This will be used as a pattern throughout the ui, when a transaction is created, pending, and then completed the steps will behave the same everywhere.

This will be an update to the daohaus connect component.

Three steps laid out in the figma:

Pending - loading spinner
Completed- checkmark and toast
Done, nothing in top bar

This pattern also adds a link into the profle dropdown which opens the transaction history modal: 'Recent Transactions'

Will there be transaction across apps shown here?

removed loader, will be used for summorer (maybe), not for general transaction pattern -

@adriennetilley is this ready for devs to work on? Looks like it's used in the Summoner UI so we can create a ticket for this to be added to our component library. This looks awesome!

Yes! this is ready to go, sorry I missed this comment. This will be used everywhere there is transactions pending. To be discussed if we want to do the transaction history modal or wait on that till later.
