Expected Behavior

Would not expect to see an expiration date unless one was added to the proposal

Actual Behavior

Proposal details view showing expiration date under the heading (instead of --). It is also showing "Proposal will expire..." under the Proposal Completion heading in voting and grace periods

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new proposal without an expiration date
2. View proposal details
