In v2 the proposal cards had a human readable description of what will happen with the transaction

Expected Behavior
Making this issue as a placeholder for planned future improvements to the contract details section of a proposal overview, which should eventually show a user's values from the proposal form in a human-parseable format. As an example of why this is important, if a user makes a proposal to change Voting and Grace periods then someone viewing the proposal should be able to see what the new requested Voting/Grace periods would be if the proposal passes, as not being able to see that kind of information could introduce a possible attack vector.
Actual Behavior
Currently, the contract details are not easily parseable.
