Write an article announcing DH on Optimism #14

A community member dev came in (Brian Rossetti) and took it upon themselves to do the heavy lift to get DH onto Optimism. Let’s hear from Brian and Sam (or other WarCampers? Not totally sure who was involved...) on this experience and related ideas surrounding the open source development of our product. Optimism just dispersed an airdrop that everyone is talking about. Integrate this event into a larger rumination on L2 and DH scaling.
