re: UH reboot, what do you think about the following (applies to individuals and DAOs, using the term user to describe either here):

Users can stake HAUS to receive 1x voting power
Users can stake HAUS/WETH DXS for 2x voting power
Unstaked HAUS generates 0 voting power
In addition to the LP modifier, voting power grows quadratically proportionate to how long HAUS has been staked up to a 10x multiplier at maximum, reaching the max voting power asymptote at 365 days
Unstaking any amount has a 28 day thawing period

Future features that could be useful but not necessary to start:

Incorporating Hedgey time lock NFTs to generate voting power proportionate to locked HAUS at some multiplier
Enabling users to collect/receive liquidity mining rewards from Swapr or whichever dex we decide to partner with for HAUS LP token staking
Cross-chain staking to provide voting power to LPDAO szn3 members, proportionate to loot held
Cross-chain staking to provide voting power to HAUS/WETH balancer LPs

Could likely be done with moloch v3 shamans. Some initial ideas for how...

3 shamans

Straight HAUS tribute shaman ==> gives 1/20 shares and 19/20 loot
HAUS/WETH LP tribute shaman ==> gives 2/20 shares and 18/20 loot
Voting power multiplier shaman ==> converts a member's loot to shares based on time elapsed, up to a year its not immediately obvious to me how we'd enable the thawing period, unless the HAUS and LP tokens are actually staked and not tributed into the treasury if we did that, then the staking could happen in the shamans themselves, and there would be no tokens in the actual treasury
