The operator will play a crucial role in the The Federation vs. The Molochian AI.
The Federation is struggling to keep tabs on all that is happening under the surface of the Molochian AI, proposals are flying wild with no body to champion them, feasible solutions are being pushed to the fringes of conversation in the Federation, and unruly members are beginning to take advantage of the lapse in coordination.
Without a clear process for handling missed, malicious, or spammy proposals - the Federation struggles in a mire of its own creation, where members are trusted to navigate the distortion on their own and make the decision that is in the best interest of the Federation.
