Improvements to subgraph on idchain branch #17

This PR does the following:

Now using a configuration file + mustache rather than using a script for subgraph preparation.
Removing the build/ folder from the repository
Removing subgraph.yaml and modified the template to be an actual template.

Additionally, I briefly reviewed incoming changes from the main branch & solved a few conflicts, and they LGTM.
