Meeting with Dekan to understand these procedures, writing all these documents, and executing the sessions was a ton of work over the past two months. I lost count of all the hours spent but am comfortable saying I have spent at least two weeks on this work. The documents still have to be tested but this should streamline the amount of time we have to spend on these tasks moving forward.
