Failing test ./tests/illformed/undeclared_namespace.xml: undeclared namespace #417

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run python feedparsertest.py with python-2.7.5-8.el7.x86_64 and dc3bd29 (from 
github repo)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
all tests should pass, but instead I get:
