Using this mod only(and have seriously low-end settings) still causes drops.
PS. I tested mod only with dependents(Fabric API & Cloth Config API) and Mod Menu. In second test i use additionaly Sodium + Sodium Extra, and drops settings to absolute minimum. Nothing changed.

New versions of sodium and other performance mods changes nothing
So... i tested new version 2.0.0 and issue when fps drops when rendering ANY new chunks doesn't disappeared.
[Lag]
I have mixed feelings about this version. Sometimes when moving on creative my fps was drop to 0-10 but other time i was have 30-40 and at last when i stay in place everything works fine with 60-90fps. I was testing on extremely low and extremely high settings with 3GM RAM allocated. Nothing made a difference except chunk rendering. when game renders only 2 chunks, lag was shorter then game rendering setting was on 32. I notice that no matter if resource pack was active or not. To be clear game runs little better after update, but that isn't eliminated the problem. But removing the jar from the mods folder solving the issue.
[Mod Menu]
I don't know does it matter but when i lunch game without mod menu, mod doesn't work. game loads, work properly, lag occurred etc. but no sound effect or music start to play, even after i enabled the resource pack. when i put mod menu to mods folder and restart game sounds was playing normally. I don't know it was occurred by restarting game or loading to world or mod menu. Maybe it's my paranoia. 🤷
