Port to 1.19

Based on #37, so it's just https://github.com/Haven-King/Atmosfera/commit/80cbf1bbdc16b74604b3907dcf30b2c086fa9aab and https://github.com/Haven-King/Atmosfera/commit/12498fd6c17ff57b8ac36ad869ddbd3002507d38 (which is optional).

General notes:

• new LiteralText() -> Text.literal()
• new TranslatableText -> Text.translatable()
• Biome categories are completely gone (thank god) and were replaced by some differently named tags.
  Fabric API however reintroduces them as tags with the exact same name, so nothing needs to be actually changed. ("the_end" and "nether" categories are gone, but we don't need/use those.)
