Waypoint, Trophy, Audio and Route write and update routes

While reviewing the code, I didn't see any way to connect the waypoint to the route it belongs to, or the trophy and audio to the waypoint.

Currently, the waypoint is added to the database without any connection to the route.

This should be added.
