What happened?

so i installed havoc as it was told in the wiki, installed all the stuff we needed to have like python and etc. then i configured the server and put my public IP (not really my public IP but my vpns public IP (which allows port forwarding) and when opening the server as shown in the wiki i get this error: [00:18:19] [ERRO] Failed to start websocket: listen tcp IpAdress:PortNumber: bind: cannot assign requested address I've tried messing around with the profile and didn't find any success so far, so i'd love some help. its a great framework and i'd love to use it so I'll be waiting for a reply

also quick note, i cannot connect to this server it says connection refused and turns off havoc client and i get a warning when launching the havoc client that says: [warning] Failed to add Teamserver Info to database then i get these: [00:16:31] [error] Server disconnected => Connection refused [00:17:13] [critical] Exit Program

2nd note: im on kali linux and have installed it as requested and also followed john hammonds video on this just to confirm
