Receiver cannot answer to cherry sms-sms

The custom sender in the menu is correct: +49179etc.
The custom int. prefix is correct, too.
In the menu of connector "cherry sms" is the "default-sender" option set.

If I send a sms with(!) my number via cherry sms, the receiver see, that the 
sms is from me. It´s normal loged in his thread of me, too. But he cannot 
answer. He got a error-notice, when he tries it. If I send a sms with my 
regular service provider (e-plus), the receiver has no problem in answering.
I have this problem not only with one receiver, but with all receivers. And 
this problem exists only for a few weeks.

My system is Android 4.2.2 and the web-sms version is 4.5.3

i had this issue a few years ago with some other user with some special phone 
on receiver's side.

if messages got to the receiver the way you want to, with the correct text and 
sender's number. everything is fine to me (and you).

i guess, cherry sms changed something to their service.
please contact cherry sms.
