Dual SIM options #848

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. no choice of card when sending sms and no assignment to receiving card
2.

Could you implement a dual sim functionality. I know that there is no standard 
for it but most dual sim phone use mediatek socs and they provide a dual sim 
stack.

dual sim is implemented for most devices.
please install the attached apk, run it and send logs from within the app after 
waiting a few seconds.
