Enhancement: new API on Android 5.1 to select sim card #891

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Selection of sim card in dual sim phone is not possible

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. In WebSMS, the selection of sim1 / sim2 / sim(n) should be supported the 
same way as the selection of multiple connectors.
2. WebSMS takes always the first sim Card.

Using:
- Galaxy S5 SM-G900FD (Dual-SIM) with Android 4.4.2
- WebSMS v4.9.1 Connectors: Sunrise v1.12 Yallo v1.9
