wireshark doesnt work #295

I try starting it from the searchbar, it doesnt even appear an open or start command when right clicking on it. then i move it to the desktop, now it appear a run command when right clicking it, but it wont start. then i start it from the terminal an it opens the wireshark gui but when i click in start capturing packets it doesnt appear any packets and two errors are shown
