synced with Haxe nightly changes

threw in a lix configuration and some editor configs

somehow my local linebreaks are hecked up, but they should be fine in PR

I think that was the last fix. checkstyle and formatter compile with all major Haxe 4 variants.

sorry for pushing commits hours after opening my PR, making it hard to know when I'm done...
