rename the SubState demo to FlxSubState #339

if you're waiting for approval, I approve, but I think when i renamed FlxMouseEvent i had to duplicate the project with the new name and then eventually delete the old when it looked good

if theres a small issue with the rename and the demo disappears for a small time, so be it.

Feel free to merge all PRs related to this renaming in whatever order you need and whatever future PRs supplement this rename if needed
