Remove link because the website is down. #250

I have tried visiting the website and its down, so I removed the link, I might or won't be adding it back. It is down.

The HaxeDevelop site is still down, and the latest release of Flash/HaxeDevelop was back in 2018

I vote that by now it's pretty outdated to keep this page up, and just keep it to VSCode as the recommendation.

for now it's easier to to say that the haxedevelop site is down and keep the page up, just in case anyone wants installation info for any reason.

In fact maybe we should have used the FlashDevelop page?
