Removed HaxeDevelop from Documentation, and also fixed small bash highlighting

on the Hello World docs page, the syntax highlighting on the cmd line examples are quirky

so hopefully i fixed that too? i just followed the other examples, which seem to have a space between the three backticks `` and thebash`
