removed outdated software, added new stuff, archive.org links

• updates some links to https
• Adds ChipTone to recommended software https://sfbgames.itch.io/chiptone
• Removed BFXR and SFXR, since they were both Actionscript flash based and unmaintained. I believe ChipTone is a good replacement
• Updates link to OGMO site
• Adds source code links to OGMO and LDtk (Aseprite also has source code, should that be linked?)
• added ellisonleao/magictools Github page, and Newgrounds Wiki: Creator Resources to the "more resources" section, as they are a biiit more up to date.
• Changed the links to Pixel Prospector and Ludum Dare tools list to archive.org versions, and added note saying they are likely outdated. IMO we can probably just remove those as NG wiki and github page likely cover a lot of whats needed!

If you're adding external tools there's a list here https://github.com/HaxeFlixel/flixel/issues/2764 I was gonna add these to the github's wiki page but that was before I knew about the one on hf.com
