Haxe 4.2.4 not "officially" released

Haxe 4.2.4 is available on GitHub since 2021-10-22... but not on the website: https://haxe.org/download/ https://haxe.org/download/list/

It also prevents its installation using lix package manager:

$ lix install haxe 4.2.4
Looking up Haxe version "4.2.4" online
Unable to resolve version 4.2.4

This should be resolved now, it was because travis was failing so the website wasn't being udpated.
