Add a download/nightlies page for nightlies, like the ones generated for haxe releases. The goal is to make it easier for users to use nightlies and to prepare for next versions, with links to resources in Haxe wiki.
Also includes:
A small css change so that <code> will adapt to its surrounding font size
Replace API documentation download (zip) links with api.haxe.org links, as we don't generate those zip anymore
