I separated out the fix to ssl.c from: #224.

Then, the rest of what this PR does is:

update the APR version used in cmake for Mac, to fix a build issue
remove apr-util on mac, because as of newer versions this is a part of apr (see apr CHANGES)
fix a bool issue in mod_neko caused by an apache file including "stdbool.h" somewhere.
