Fix outstanding site issues #10

I've noticed a few problems regarding the HaxePunk site.

  1. The API documentation links on the "Features" Page are broken
  2. The Highlighter configuration is outdated and deprecated in Jekyll 2.0+

I've fixed the issues. Kindly merge this.
