Consider implementing an attack-phase queuing system, so each fish / tower gets their attack in turn instead of simultaneous. #43

Having turn-based attacks instead of simultaneous attacks would allow us to have non-overlapping audio effects.

I'm not sure how much effort would be involved in building such a queuing system though, or whether it'd be worth that effort.
