[ ] In main menu and in pause menu add a "KNOWN ISSUES" button
[ ] The button should link to https://github.com/orgs/HaywireInteractive/projects/4/views/16 in user's default browser

The webview plugin uses a very outdated chromium version and the provided github link fails to load so, instead a button to open on user's default browser will be made.
