Fix fast spectator pawn look up/down inverted #961

To repro:

  1. PIE L_SmallWithObstacles_Squad_vs_Squad_NoPlayer in SP
  2. Look up/down and notice control are inverted. We should match controls from our drone.

This uses BP_FastSpectatorPawn.
