Procurement not generating any code #431

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system? 1.82

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I fucking hate Procurement. this program was working fine and now will not work 
no matter what. Lost all my buyouts, re did them and then the source code 
wouldn't transfer. Now It wont generate any code at all and I have had to 
reinstall it again.
