Object -- [Garrison Cache] Not accumulating Garrison resources properly #1096

It seems that the Garrison isnt accumulating the resources properly. It should be making 1 GR every 10 Minutes. I have been online for about 40 and nothing is there still. IT also seems not to be counting time when offline, when it should. They accumulate all the time at 1GR/10Minutes until you reach the cap.

Comment Quote: "The Garrison Cache next to your Town Hall accumulates Garrison Resources (GR) automatically at a rate of 1 GR every 10 minutes of real time (6 per hour), which works out to 144 GR every full day (6 x 24hrs = 144 GR).

There is a cap of 500 GR, so you can be gone for about 3 days, 10 hours before it stops collecting GR at 500 (1,000 with 6.2 upgrade*). This is similar to Work Orders that, when fully filled out, allow you to leave them unattended for a few days. A nice thought by Blizzard for people who cannot log in daily."

UPDATE:

It seems to be tracking the time, but only showing the Cache after logging out and back in. Should just accumulate and be there if there is GR to pick up.
